The additives include E141, chlorophyllin copper complex, used as a green coloring agent; E153, vegetable carbon (also known as activated charcoal), a black colorant derived from plant sources; E160c, paprika extract including capsanthin and capsorubin, which provides natural red-orange coloring; E330, citric acid, which adds tartness and helps preserve freshness; E331, sodium citrate, used as a buffering and emulsifying agent; and E420, sorbitol, a sugar alcohol that functions as a sweetener and stabilizer.
