Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Soposopo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The items are sent from Finland.

 

Business days don't count weekends and holidays.

 

We prepare all orders as fast as possible; however, once the package has been sent, delivery time depends fully on the postal service and customs of your country, and we cannot take any subsequent action in the transportation and delivery process after shipping.

 

If your package still has not been delivered after 3 weeks, you should first check and make sure you entered a valid postal address. If you made a mistake in entering your address, we recommend that you contact your nearest post office for further information. On our side, we are unable to change your address once your package has been sent.

 

If your address is valid, please make sure your package is not waiting for you at the post office, because it is not unusual to miss the delivery attempt notification if you were not available at the time of a delivery attempt. Make sure to notify your post office that your package comes from Finland and that the Economy shipped package does not include a tracking code.

 

If you did not receive your package after 5 weeks, it might have been returned to Finland. This happens when your local post office or courier has difficulty trying to reach you or if you did not retrieve your package from the local post office in time.

(Post offices usually keep a package for 2 or 3 weeks before they send it back.)

in case of incorrect postal address, it will take more than a month for the package to return back to Finland.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Soposopo ships to P.O. box addresses, but please notice that when ordering via Expedited shipping a signature is required upon receiving the item and therefore Expedited shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. box address.

 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number or numbers if applicable. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs fees and taxes may be applied to packages sent from Finland to your country. We have no control over whether the fees are applied or not. As customs policies can change frequently, please check with your country’s authority on imports.

All fees, taxes, and customs procedures are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

Please do not blame us or ask us to pay your tax because it's your responsibility.

 

Damages

It is very rare, but if the order should arrive to you damaged, please contact us right away and do not throw away the item or the packaging.
