Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Food and other consumable products can be returned within 14 days only if they are still unopened and the seal is intact. Opened food items cannot be returned, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To start a return, please contact us at info@ayumu.fi with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and the next steps, and we'll notify you by e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Long time no see

I did not have Danish candy since 2015, so this site was a game changer of the positive kind...after order for $100+ to make the shipping free and believing that it would last me at least 6 months (I don't know who I am kidding) I was now on standby for the goodies to come to the US. but nothing happened, I start to get nervous that it was a scam, so I send a mail to test the waters, after a few days I got an answer that some of the things I order was out of stock, and they are waiting in hope to get restocked before they would send the mother load. 4 weeks later I got the box of happiness, so yes the candy was awesome, the service worked out in the end.
The only complaint is that the candy was gone after 3 weeks, so I need to reorder in the next few days
