Thank you for shopping at SÖPÖSÖPÖ. Every order is packed by hand and shipped from Finland.

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more to Europe, Canada, Japan, Korea, Australia, China and Türkiye.
USA: free shipping on orders of $300 or more — and US customs duties are included in every order.
Christmas delivery — recommended last order dates:
Economy: November 10
Standard (with tracking, incl. USA): November 23
Express: December 2
Within Finland: December 4
For delivery before December 24. Carriers are very busy in December, so earlier is safer. Later orders are still shipped as fast as we can.

Delivery times

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days (not on weekends or Finnish holidays). Around Christmas and during sales it can take a little longer. Standard and Express parcels travel with UPS, FedEx, DHL or GLS. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Customs, duties and taxes

  • USA: customs duties and clearance fees are included. We pay them for you, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
  • EU countries: no customs. Prices include VAT.
  • All other countries (for example the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Australia): your country may charge import taxes or fees when the parcel arrives. These are set by your local customs and are paid by the recipient. Any tax we are required to collect is shown at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will get an email with your tracking number. It usually starts working within 24 hours. Economy parcels may have limited tracking once they leave Finland.

Your address

Please check your name, street address, apartment number, postal code and country before you order. Wrong addresses are the most common reason a parcel comes back to Finland. We recommend not using P.O. boxes, especially for Express, which may need a signature.

Chocolate in warm weather

Parcels are not temperature-controlled. When it is hot, we recommend Express with our summer cold packing for chocolate.

Damaged parcel

It is very rare, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us right away and keep the item and the packaging. We will help you.
