Payment Methods

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and others), PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, convenience store payment and Pay-easy. Express checkout is also available with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods you see may vary by country.

Price and Payment

  1. Prices include VAT but not delivery costs. Delivery costs are added to the total before you place your order. You can correct any errors before you confirm your order.
  2. Prices may change at any time. Changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
  3. If we have displayed a price that is lower than the correct price by mistake, we will either contact you before dispatching the product, or decline your order and let you know. If the error is obvious, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect (lower) price.
  4. If we have displayed a higher price by mistake, we will let you know the correct price and refund the difference to your card.
  5. Your credit or debit card is charged at the time of checkout.
  6. Our base currency is US dollars (USD). Prices are shown in the local currency of your country. Please note that Soposopo can’t be held responsible for currency fluctuations. The amount charged may vary depending on your card provider’s conversion rate.

Important Note About Chocolate Products

Chocolate and sweets are sent by courier or postal service at room temperature. We don’t use chilled packaging or temperature control, so in warmer countries they may soften or melt on the way. Please keep this in mind when you order. If you’re concerned, feel free to ask us first at info@ayumu.fi.
