Loyalty & Rewards Program

Introduction

At SÖPÖSÖPÖ, you will earn points every time you shop and redeem them as discounts on your future purchases.

This page explains how the points system works and how you can use your rewards.

How to Earn Points

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent (before tax and shipping).

Points are credited to your account once your order is processed.

Points are linked to your customer account and cannot be transferred to another person.

Only customers who have completed at least one purchase can earn points.

How to Use Points

You can redeem your points at any time by clicking the “Rewards” button at the bottom-right of the screen.

Log in to the account that has points available.

Go to “Rewards” → “Ways to Redeem.”

Select how many points you’d like to redeem

e.g.,

  • 100 points = $1
  • 300 points = $3
  • 500 points = $5

Click “Redeem” to generate a one-time discount code.

Copy the generated code and paste it into the “Discount code” field at checkout.

(The code is not applied automatically.)

Note: Each code can only be used once. Please note that points are deducted immediately when you generate the code, even if you don’t use it.

Conversion Rate

Earning Rate: 1 point per $1 spent (before tax and shipping)

Redemption Rate: 100 points = $1 off

Expiration: Points expire 12 months after they are earned

Terms of Use

Points can be redeemed on purchases of $50 or more (before shipping).

Points cannot be combined with quantity discounts.

If your cart contains any item with a quantity discount, that discount will be disabled and only the points coupon will apply.

Points can be combined with other discount codes entered manually at checkout.

Points are earned based on the final amount after discounts (before tax and shipping).

Important Notes

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other value.

Points cannot be applied toward shipping, taxes, or gift cards.

Any fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of points or account suspension.

This program, including the earning rate and conditions, may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. I tried to use my points, but the quantity discount disappeared.
→ We’re sorry, but quantity discounts and point coupons cannot be used together.
When you enter a point coupon, it will take priority over the quantity discount, which will automatically be disabled.

Q2. Can I use my points with another coupon code?
→ Yes. Points can be combined with other discount codes entered at checkout. They cannot be used with automatic quantity discounts.

Q3. Do my points expire?
→ No. Points do not expire.

Q4. I generated a coupon but didn’t use it. Will my points be returned?
→ No. Points are deducted immediately when the coupon is generated, even if you don’t use it.

Q5. Where can I check my point balance?
→ Click the “Rewards” button at the bottom-right of the screen and log in to view your balance.
