Kryddor

Spices – The Nordic Rack. Nordic cooking leans on a narrower spice set than most cuisines, but cardamom, dill and white pepper appear constantly. This shelf holds the full stocked range, from ground cardamom and gingerbread spice to potato flavour seasoning, lemon pepper and nacho cheese dip mixes.

Cardamom is the one to buy first: Finland uses more of it per person than almost anywhere in Europe, largely because of pulla, the sweet cardamom bread. Gingerbread spice belongs to Christmas baking. Shipped worldwide from Finland with free delivery.
