Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Food and other consumable products can be returned within 14 days only if they are still unopened and the seal is intact. Opened food items cannot be returned, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To start a return, please contact us at info@ayumu.fi with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and the next steps, and we'll notify you by e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
