- Ingredients: Gluten-free whole grain OATS (46%), dark chocolate 12.5% (sugar, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier (lecithin)), rapeseed oil, water, sugar, potato starch, invert sugar syrup, modified starch, cocoa powder*, salt, raising agents (E500, E450i), vanillin sugar, flavor, emulsifier (lecithin). *Rainforest Alliance certified. May contain small amounts of milk, soy. Oats 100% of grain ingredients.
Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Food and other consumable products can be returned within 14 days only if they are still unopened and the seal is intact. Opened food items cannot be returned, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
To start a return, please contact us at info@ayumu.fi with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and the next steps, and we'll notify you by e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
