Our return policy lasts 14 days. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Food and other consumable products can be returned within 14 days only if they are still unopened and the seal is intact. Opened food items cannot be returned, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To start a return, please contact us at info@ayumu.fi with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and the next steps, and we'll notify you by e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. However.....2 items were missing from package, no invoice, no direct communication thread to sopsopo to notify. I don't do social media......

This is my second time buying from this website and this company is awesome. I’m a Dane living in U.S and it’s hard to find the candy I grew up with so this website pretty much has a majority of it. Their selection is really good and they do some of the best packaging I’ve seen. They really care about your product coming intact. I mainly buy the “Matador Mix” as it was one of my favor growing up in Denmark. It’s very well priced and I like the bigger containers that this company offers. The candy was all very good but again I’m not very picky. I’ll order again and again.

Nice Mix Of Strong(ish)/Mild, Soft/Tough

It's a tasty and varied mix. Nothing in it is extra strong for people that don't like heavy salmiak. Mostly mild licorice with other flavors I haven't quite identified. It'll definitely be added to future orders.
